Definitive Healthcare is seeking a Manager of Learning Design & Experience to shape the design, delivery, and scalability of learning for both internal sales teams and external customers. This role involves building a unified framework for eLearning, leading sales enablement initiatives, and collaborating across various teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences. It's a key position responsible for fostering employee growth, customer success, and organizational development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or enablement
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success designing and delivering blended learning
• Experience building or leading customer education or enablement programs
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency with LMS platforms
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual design skills
• Collaborative, strategic thinker
