PR & Marketing Communications Manager

Descartes is a global logistics and supply chain technology company seeking a Junior Manager, Public Relations & Marketing Communications to manage and grow its external voice across France and the Benelux, while supporting local marketing teams in the Nordics, DACH region, and the UK.

Requirements

• Develop and successfully execute PR and marketing communications strategies that increase brand awareness and support demand generation across multiple European markets
• Create, write, review, and localise content such as blogs, customer success stories, opinion pieces, press releases, and newsletters
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customers, and partners to produce high-impact customer success content (case studies, media advisories, videos, press releases, etc.)
• Align PR and communications programs with field marketing initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact
• Manage relationships with external PR agencies and build a strong network of media outlets, journalists, and industry publications
• Develop and maintain regional marketing collateral by translating Descartes’ vision, products, services, and business value into clear, compelling messaging
• Act as a PR and marketing communications leader, serving as a trusted advisor to management and stakeholders
