Desktop Support Technician who delivers strong technical support with a friendly, service-first approach. You will handle day-to-day device support, help improve the end-user experience, and make sure technology across the company runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 or more years of desktop or end-user support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac environments
- Experience with hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure support
