We invite a proactive and target-focused Business Development Representative to join our new team at Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll focus on cold calling potential clients and generating new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role focused on cold calling
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections, handling rejections, and fostering long-term opportunities
- Ability to quickly learn and clearly communicate Dev.Pro’s Outstaff services
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms
- Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Native proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
