We are looking for a proactive and target-focused Business Development Representative to join our team at Dev.Pro. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Staff Augmentation (Outstaff) space and be able to generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role focused on cold calling
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections, handling rejections, and fostering long-term opportunities
- Ability to quickly learn and clearly communicate Dev.Pro’s Outstaff services
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms
- Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Native proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
