Founding Product Lead

Develop Health is on a mission to use AI to radically accelerate access to life-saving medications. We're partnering with some of the largest pharmacy benefit managers and payers in the nation, revolutionizing how healthcare interactions occur by eliminating human delays and inefficiencies.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced startups.
• Healthcare industry knowledge with understanding of clinical workflows, payer/provider dynamics, or regulated healthcare operations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making, with ability to build and interpret metrics that guide product direction.
• Understanding of how AI products are built, including prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and model limitations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build conviction and alignment across teams.
• High ownership mentality with comfort in ambiguity and a bias toward action.
