Requirements
- Several years of experience in Enterprise Service Management, preferably with ServiceNow
- In-depth knowledge of process modeling, optimization, and/or quality management
- Experience in workshop moderation
- Experience in leading projects or workstreams
- Safe stakeholder management at management level
- Routine in pre-sales or offer processes
- Very good German and English skills
