As an ITSM / ServiceNow consultant, you will accompany our customers on their way to modern, efficient, and digital processes, connecting technology, consulting, and methodology to design projects actively.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in enterprise service management, ideally with ServiceNow
- Deep knowledge of process modeling, optimization, and/or quality management
- Experience in workshop moderation
- Experience in leading projects or workstreams
- Secure stakeholder management on management level
- Routine in pre-sales or tender processes
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and move the team forward
