Dialpad is seeking a Customer Success Manager for their Enterprise Accounts team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, and a willingness to contribute to a dynamic startup environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience working at a SaaS company
• Experience with Telecommunications and Contact Center space (UcaaS/CcaaS)
• Experience interacting with and influencing C-level executives
• Referenceable experience working with large Enterprise customers
• Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel to customer locations
• Ability to work cross departmentally
