Job Description
DiDi is seeking a Business Development Hunter to acquire drivers through field sales in the Mérida region of Mexico. This role involves prospecting prospects, presenting the value proposition of DiDi, building relationships with partners, and executing acquisition strategies. The position will play a key role in strategic growth and contributing to the success of DiDi's driver base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is desirable.
- 3+ years of experience in field sales, business development, or driver acquisition.
- Proactive, competitive, resilient, and independent mindset.
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious commercial objectives.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Availability to work in the field in different parts of the city (80% field work).
