Job Description
DiDi is seeking a Business Development Hunter to drive driver acquisition through field sales in Jalisco, Mexico. This role focuses on proactive approach to prospective drivers, presenting the value proposition of the platform and building relationships with partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial mindset and be self-motivated.
Requirements
- Desirable degree (not mandatory)
- 3+ years of experience in field sales, business development or driver acquisition (ideal in mobility, retail or consumer goods)
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales objectives
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Availability to work in the field in different areas of the city
- Basic Excel and CRM knowledge
