Job Description
DiDi is seeking a Business Development Hunter to drive the acquisition of drivers in high-potential field channels. The role involves proactive outreach to prospects, building relationships with partners, executing acquisition strategies, and providing feedback on market dynamics. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, persuasive, and able to close deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is desirable (not exclusive).
- 3+ years of sales in field development, business development or driver acquisition experience (ideal in mobility, retail, or mass consumption).
- Hunter mindset: proactive, competitive, resilient and independent.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments with clear deadlines.
- Availability to work in the field in different parts of the city (80% work in field).
