Job Description
Renewals Manager responsible for leading end-to-end renewal lifecycle for data center services or lease contracts, managing customer engagement and negotiations, and aligning with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of work experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, or Account Management
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, CPQ tools, Microsoft Excel, and digital signing and billing systems
- Fluency in local language and English language, both written and spoken
