DigitalOcean is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to drive customer success and growth. This multifaceted role combines technical expertise with leadership skills, focusing on partner relationships with key customers. The TSM will consult with customers, advocate for their needs within the company, and help them scale their cloud infrastructure. This is an opportunity to be a crucial voice for the customer within the DigitalOcean organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure and deep knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, and automation.
- Programming or development experience, with basic skills in at least one mainstream language.
- Understanding of provisioning and deployment strategies, with knowledge of tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
- Strong analytical skills to monitor customer trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
