Manager, Facilities

At Discovery Place, we're looking for a driven and talented Facilities Manager to ensure the timely completion of tasks and oversight of Facilities Technicians. The ideal candidate will have a flexible work schedule, excellent communication skills, and experience in facility management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of management experience
• An Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a discipline may be considered in lieu of management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and various saws, routers, and drills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and energy systems is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-oriented environment
