Job Description

The recruiter will contribute to streamlining processes and mentoring teams aligned with company growth.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience serving as a technical recruiter for an IT sector scaleup.
- Proven network connections in the IT, Cyber, and defense tech sectors.
- Strong data-driven approach and proactive nature.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles.
