Job Description
Dispel is seeking an In-House Recruiter to build and scale their team across engineering, cybersecurity, and technical operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in recruiting, understanding technology, and engaging with candidates. This is a strategic role focused on team growth and optimization.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience as a technical recruiter for an IT sector.
- Strong network in IT, Cyber, and defense tech sectors.
- Experience recruiting for software engineers, network architects, security specialists.
