Ensuring and improving customer satisfaction
Telephone acquisition of potential new customers
Conducting free initial consultations to analyze needs
Telephone contact with existing contacts in the system
Planning and preparation of appointments for our strategy consultants
Execution of classical commercial-administrative and organizational tasks: e.g. processing orders, creating personnel files, creating invoices, monitoring payments, monitoring inventory, recording receipts, etc.
Completed commercial education or completed degree in the field of business administration
Analytical-methodical and structured thinking, organizational ability, result- and solution-oriented and strong team orientation paired with safe appearance, independent working style and high level of communication skills.
