This role involves a strategic approach to designing competitive compensation structures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and staying informed on industry best practices. The ideal candidate will also be focused on innovating and enhancing the efficiency of their processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in compensation with 2 years in a senior role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing global compensation strategies.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid knowledge of global compensation laws and regulations.
