The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing accounts, promoting manufacturers’ programs, and sourcing new business opportunities in the Quebec city Territory. The role focuses on building relationships with retailers and specifiers, understanding customer needs, and driving growth in the sales territory. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
Requirements
- Strong experience building relationships with and selling to senior-level managers, owners, and buying decision makers.
- Understand the sales activities of building materials.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and deal structuring skills.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- High level understanding of construction and building methods.
- Excellent communication skills (in person and over the phone).
