DuBois Chemicals is seeking an experienced high-level sales professional to penetrate and grow within the specialty chemicals market.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience with specialty chemicals including metalworking, surface finishing and/or water treatment applications or sales experience
• Strong consultation, negotiation problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Proven demonstration of negotiating contracts and agreements
• Ability to analyze market data and develop effective growth strategies
• Goal oriented and proactive approach to seeking new business
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and lead generation tools
