GBS Indirect Procurement Operations Specialist

Duracell is the world’s leading manufacturer and marketer of high-performance alkaline batteries, looking for a GBS Indirect Procurement Operations Specialist to prepare, issue and maintain purchase orders and coordinate with internal project teams.

Requirements

• Prepare, issue and maintain purchase orders (PO) and goods receipt postings within the service level agreement (SLA).
• Maintain accurate records of the PO creations, changes, and receipts postings.
• Coordinate and track open requests with IT.
• Liaise with internal project teams and business segments, with a focus on customer service.
• Support management with the development and implementation of new systems and processes, best practices, and simplification & automation strategies.
• Work with team members and managers to create and maintain reports and help desk dashboards.
• Assist with Internal Audits.
• Complying with internal controls, company policies & procedures, and regulatory standards.
