The Pastry Sous Chef oversees the production of all pastries for an Eataly, including Italian pasticcini, cakes, desserts, cookies, candies and other dolci. The role involves supervising and participating in the production of all pastry items, managing a pastry team, and verifying quality standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a high-volume pastry preparation position
• Knowledge of Italian pastries and techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Intermediate computer skills
