Aerospace Sales Leadership Development Program Participant

Eaton's Aerospace Sales Leadership Development program is a 3-year rotational program that will prepare you to sell hydraulic, fuel, electrical, power motion and fluid conveyance products, solutions, and value in a competitive marketplace to OEMs, distributors, and end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, Business or Marketing from an accredited institution
• 2.8 GPA (3.0 GPA preferred)
• Legally authorized to work in the Unites States without company sponsorship
• Valid U.S. Driver's license
• Demonstrated leadership ambition
• Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details
• Proactive with a drive to accomplish objectives
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
• Passion for sales, upselling and negotiating with a strong technical mindset
• Relevant internship or co-op experience
• A second language is beneficial
