Continuous Improvement Manager

Eaton is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the development and deployment of a continuous improvement strategy in a plant in Morocco. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing and project management, with experience in Six Sigma and team leadership.

Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• +5 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong background in lean manufacturing, multi-functional project teams and successful hands-on implementation with some experience with Six Sigma.
• Skilled in lean tools & project management.
• Ability to coach and mentor process owners and project owners.
• Ability to plan, organize and build effective teams and motivate others.
• Ability to influence others not in direct reporting relationship and to drive culture change.
• Possess the strong written and oral communication skills necessary to effectively interface with teams ranging from staff level to shop floor personnel
• Must be self-motivated and able to make autonomous decisions and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge and use of engineering-related computer tools
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
• Team work
• Work in cross-department teams to achieve results
