Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related discipline
- Active CIPD membership is desirable
- Progressive HR experience in a business partnering or HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices in both ROI and NI
- Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organisation
- Proven expertise in employee relations, HR operations, and strategic HR delivery
