Job Description
Eaton’s IS AER MSD division is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support their Davenport, IA location. The role will involve providing strategic HR leadership and hands-on support to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The position requires a strong business literacy and ability to analyze HR trends and metrics to recommend proactive solutions and policy improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strategic HR leadership and hands-on support skills
- Business literacy and ability to analyze HR trends and metrics
- Employee relations and compliance experience
- Talent management and development skills
- Union environment experience (preferred)
