Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years' experience in IT support or systems engineering
- Professional certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, etc.) highly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of English
