Leasing and Marketing Consultant -Hamilton

Edgewood Properties is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Consultant to join their team at The Crossings at Hamilton Station in Hamilton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience in sales or leasing and be passionate about real estate and marketing. The role involves meeting leasing goals, creating marketing strategies, and maintaining high standards for occupancy and property presentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in apartment leasing, marketing, or sales
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, RealPage Property Management software, and other relevant database and property management tools
• Strong knowledge of marketing and social media platforms ILSs
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
