Leasing and Marketing Consultant -Kensington Place

We're seeking a Leasing and Marketing Consultant to meet and exceed leasing goals at one of our multi-family properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience in sales or leasing and be passionate about real estate and marketing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in apartment leasing, marketing, or sales
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, RealPage Property Management software, and other relevant database and property management tools
• Strong knowledge of marketing and social media platforms ILSs (e.g. Apartments.com, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, and Instagram)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring and guiding peer staff members
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service within a luxury property setting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Ability to learn new software programs relevant to property management and leasing
