Tailored Branch Support Specialist II

Canada Service is seeking a Tailored Branch Support Specialist to provide remote branch support to Financial Advisors all over Canada. The associate will answer incoming calls, handle client, vendor, and FA inquiries, and assist with documentation, appointments, and trades. The associate will also require understanding of products and services offered by the firm and continually learn on the job through interaction with leader, team members, and other departments.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience working in the financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous understanding of the financial advisor role or ability to quickly learn and apply technical information regarding financial advisor role, Edward Jones systems, and financial services industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong computer skills, including effective use of Microsoft Office applications
