Job Description
Effective School Solutions (ESS) is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Licensed Clinician/Social Worker to join their team. ESS provides school-based mental health services for K-12 students and offers clinical growth opportunities. The role involves providing therapy, implementing behavioral interventions, and collaborating with school communities. ESS is a leading provider focusing on high-acuity clinical care.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience treating children and/or adolescents with behavioral and emotional challenges.
- Clinical license in social work, counseling, or marriage/family therapy in NJ (LSW/LCSW preferred, full license preferred).
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Experience working with school districts is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer.
