We are looking for a motivated Team Lead Business Development (m/f/d) to help people achieve more sport and health with EGYM Wellpass. You will contribute to positioning companies as attractive employers, promoting agility, and reducing absenteeism.
Requirements
- Leadership experience of at least two years, ideally in Business Development or across the full sales cycle
- Extensive experience in B2B sales, including hands-on work as a BDR and knowledge of the challenges of new customer acquisition
- Knowledge of the most important Sales KPIs and ability to successfully steer a team based on them
- Persuasiveness and ability to handle objections and convince potential customers of the added value of the product
- Fluent German and strong English skills, both spoken and written
- Experience working with sales tools like Salesforce (or similar)
