Job Description
Eko is a rapidly growing digital health company focused on improving patient care through heart and lung disease detection. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow relationships with existing enterprise customers, drive renewals, and expand partnerships across the healthcare system. This role requires strategic thinking, communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise account management or customer success experience in digital health, MedTech, or healthcare SaaS
- Proven track record managing complex health system relationships and driving 6-figure+ renewals and expansions
- Strong business acumen and the ability to quantify ROI for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of health system procurement and contract processes
- Experience collaborating across clinical, IT, and legal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
