Requirements
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer accounts.
- Customer Management: Drive profitable growth for Elanco, focusing on our entire portfolio of OTC and Rx items.
- Operational Collaboration and Execution: Lead and facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure we are driving sales, and executing strategy for our valued ecommerce customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration among internal teams to ensure coordinated efforts and achieve common internal goals.
- Account Education, Communication and Cross Channel Coordination: Help to facilitate internal education and communication within the organization, promoting understanding and effective cooperation between business units.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers with Customer and Distributor accounts.
- Financial Management: Provide accurate forecast for the business, process customer invoices and rebates accurately and efficiently.
