Job Description
Elation is seeking a Manager, Customer Success for a small group account team. This role focuses on driving customer retention, adoption, and growth within a specific healthcare practice segment. The manager will lead, coach, and develop a team of CSMs, leveraging AI-driven strategies and managing customer health and account performance. Responsibilities include team leadership, operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with Product and AI teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing growth role
- 1-2 years in a leadership or senior/mentoring capacity
- Proven experience in healthcare SaaS, digital health, or RCM platforms (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in AI-driven customer engagement strategies
- Hands-on experience with healthcare workflows and patient/provider engagement
- Sales & Healthcare Readiness
