Job Description
We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst to assist the local plant and other sites within the network in setting up, modifying, and maintaining endpoint devices through technical support. The role involves managing IT support for the local plant, maintaining and installing desktops and laptops, and collaborating with global teams to follow corporate standards.
Requirements
- Experience in managing Windows computers
- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision/direction
- Experience configuring / troubleshooting issues / and deploying IT hardware
- Experience working independently as well as in a team setting
- Basic understanding of networks and administration with knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
