Senior Payroll Analyst (US Payroll Processing)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Analyst with proven experience in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to join our client’s team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, resolving payment issues, managing wage garnishments, and overseeing payroll-related tax and unemployment filings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of US payroll processing experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Expertise in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required.
• Experience managing payroll for 1,000+ hourly employees.
• Strong understanding of wage garnishments, payroll taxes, and unemployment regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with multi-state payroll is a plus.
