Senior Payroll Analyst (US Payroll Processing)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Analyst with proven experience in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to join our client’s team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of US payroll processing experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Expertise in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required.
• Experience managing payroll for 1,000+ hourly employees.
• Strong understanding of wage garnishments, payroll taxes, and unemployment regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
