Job Description
Join SolarSquare as a Director - Inside Sales to build and lead a high-performing inside sales team, drive lead conversion and revenue growth, and contribute to the mission of making India switch to rooftop solar.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or sales ops, preferably in a high-growth B2C/B2B startup
- Proven track record of building and managing large inside sales teams
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM systems (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Exceptional analytical, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience in solar, renewables, fintech, edtech, or telecom sectors is a plus
