Job Description
Elite Insurance Partners (EIP) is seeking a Performance Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize KPIs driving performance. The role involves working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership to ensure accountability and exceed expectations. EIP is a nationally recognized leader in the Medicare and life insurance space.
Requirements
- Monitor organizational performance trends and flag anomalies
- Analyze operational, financial, and strategic data
- Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, scorecards, and KPI trackers
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Python GPT libraries, etc.) to summarize trends, write reports, and streamline workflows
- Partner with stakeholders to identify underperforming areas and actionable improvements
- Deliver clear, concise reporting to leadership
- Build and refine KPI frameworks
- Conduct ad hoc deep dives to support strategic decisions
