Job Description
Elite Insurance Partners is seeking a Performance Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize KPIs that drive success. The role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to identify underperforming areas and implement actionable improvements.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in a performance, business, data, or operations analyst role
- Strong experience with Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, SQL, and BI tools
- Proven use of AI tools to automate analysis or generate insights
- Comfortable working with large, messy datasets and turning them into clear, actionable recommendations
- Deep understanding of KPIs, business performance metrics, and process optimization
- Excellent communication skills to explain analytics to non-analytical stakeholders
