Job Description
Elite ProTek is seeking a part-time Business Development Coach to provide coaching to company owners in New York City. The role involves strategic planning, sales development, and growth objectives, with a focus on driving results based on KPIs. Coaching will be key, working with the business owners to help them achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Development professional.
- Proven sales success with general or professional staffing agencies.
- Strong communication skills to guide business owners.
- Experience in the NYC IT staffing industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of roadmaps and strategic plans.
