Job Description
Embark at Benton is seeking compassionate and skilled therapists to join their dedicated team at a Short-term Residential Treatment Program in rural Tennessee. The program serves adolescent males ages 12-17 facing behavioral health challenges, providing a serene environment with therapeutic activities. The position offers on-site work, flexible schedules, and opportunities for clinical and family engagement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active or eligible licensure in Tennessee (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or MSW)
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to pass a state background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
