Job Description
Embark at Benton is seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join their Short-term Residential Treatment Program serving male adolescents aged 12-17 navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health issues. The program offers a nature-rich environment with a family-style lodge and a therapeutic classroom and activity space in the mountains of Tennessee. The role involves providing therapy, managing a caseload, conducting assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active or eligible licensure in Tennessee
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to pass a state background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
