Job Description
Embark at Benton is a short-term residential treatment program for male adolescents (12-17) navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health issues. The program offers a nature-rich environment with a family-style lodge, therapeutic activities, and 55 acres of campus space. Students participate in individual, family, and group therapy, participate in activities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care. Embark is seeking a compassionate therapist to contribute to holistic healing in a supportive setting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active or eligible licensure in Tennessee as one of the specified professions
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to pass a state background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
