Job Description
Embark at Benton is a Short-term Residential Treatment Program serving male adolescents (12-17) facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health challenges. They offer a serene, nature-rich environment and focus on holistic growth through experiential activities like hiking, equine therapy, and parkour. The position offers a full-time position with a 40-hour work week, including weekend days and weekdays.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related field (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.)
- Active or eligible licensure in Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPS, LAMFT, LMSW)
- Valid driver’s license and pass a background check
- Ability to pass a state background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
