Operations and Events Coordinator, Career Services

The Operations and Events Coordinator will manage front office operations, supervise student employees, and lead the planning and execution of the fall and spring Industry/Career Expo events. The Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for event logistics and coordination, manage employer registrations and sponsorships, and oversee student employees in the office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of office or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer proficiency, including experience with spreadsheets and CRMs
• Professional demeanor with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and contribute positively within a team environment
