Embry-Riddle is seeking a Student Recruitment Manager of Training and Events to develop and manage a strategic training plan for recruitment teams, design and deliver training sessions, and support the planning and execution of recruitment events. The role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, enrollment management principles, and student development theories, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or completion of program of 18+ months after high school
- Bachelor's degree preferred with an area of concentration in education, marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, enrollment management principles, and student development theories
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Proven project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using enrollment management software and Microsoft Office Suite
