Senior Global Benefits Analyst

We're looking for a Sr. Global Benefits Analyst who approaches work with an ownership mentality — someone who is proactive, curious, and energized by solving problems.

Requirements

• Support the administration of global benefit programs (health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs)
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Payroll, HR, Finance, and vendors
• Analyze benefits data and market insights to recommend enhancements
• Support U.S. Open Enrollment, including planning, communications, testing, and vendor coordination
• Administer leaves of absence (FMLA, parental, personal, statutory leaves)
• Support benefits compliance including reporting, required notices, 5500 filings, and nondiscrimination testing
